Healthcare

Primary care for the villages the system forgets — smart clinics, health camps, and last-mile diagnostics, delivered where the road runs out.

Jansankalp Foundation is committed to improving healthcare access and outcomes across India — so that every individual, regardless of socio-economic background, can reach quality care. We work to build a healthier, more equitable society by addressing health challenges at both the grassroots and the policy level.

Our Mission

At Jansankalp Foundation, our mission is to promote better health and well-being for all. We are dedicated to:

  • Healthcare Access. Ensuring marginalised and underserved communities reach essential services, preventive care, and life-saving treatment.
  • Health Education. Teaching communities about hygiene, disease prevention, and the value of regular check-ups.
  • Capacity Building. Equipping healthcare providers with the training, resources, and support to deliver quality care and stay current with medical advances.
  • Advocacy & Policy. Pushing for policies that strengthen the health system, increase funding, and make care more inclusive.

Activities

From the high Himalayas to the villages of Anantapur, our work in health takes shape through camps, infrastructure, education, and direct support for those the system reaches last.

Medical Camps & Outreach

Camps and awareness drives in remote, underserved areas — doctors, nurses, and volunteers offer free consultations, distribute essential medicines, and run screenings to catch prevalent conditions early.

Healthcare Infrastructure

Working with local communities and government to build and equip clinics, health centres, and hospitals — especially where access to medical facilities is thin.

Health Education Programs

Workshops, seminars, and community events that promote preventive practice and raise awareness of common diseases — empowering people to take charge of their own health.

Training & Capacity Building

Training for doctors, nurses, and community health workers that sharpens skills and knowledge of the latest advances — raising the quality of care delivered close to home.

Support for Vulnerable Groups

Specialised care and resources for the elderly, differently-abled, and those with chronic illness — delivered through partnerships with healthcare institutions.
